Refund & Return Policy

Equipment Return Policy
Joystix offers a 30 day return policy on all equipment purchases that can be used toward the purchase of an alternate game. All equipment returns must be previously approved by us by using our Return Authorization Form.  New equipment must still be the original factory NEW packaging and un-opened. Used games must be packed as they were shipped from us, in the same condition they were shipped.
A 30% restocking fee with be subject to all returns in addition to return shipping costs. Customer is required to pay all shipping costs and we can help facilitate it with one of our carriers.

Returns and Exchanges
Items cannot be returned because of shipping delays which are often out of our control. Items cannot be returned if they do not fit in your desired location so please make the proper measurements to ensure your game will fit into the location. Please call for measurements on items where dimensions are not listed.

Games that are used, demo showroom items, sale or special order items cannot be returned for any reasons. All sales are final on these items.

Freight damaged merchandise may not be returned to us. We will assist you in filing a freight claim and with repairs.  Please contact us for assistance.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged on Texas orders.  All items may be subject to sales tax based on state specific laws and the new internet sales tax legislation regardless of your location.

Order Deposits
Deposits placed to secure an order, pre-orders, or to special order are non-refundable.  The purpose of a deposit is to ensure the customer is committed to the purchase.

Freight Orders
We advise that you immediately unpack items upon receipt to inspect for any possible damage during shipping. You must do this in the presence of the shipper and note any damage on the shipper’s paperwork. If any damage is present, it is the customer’s responsibility to immediately contact us to make a report. Sometimes, minor damage including small scratches and marks may be present on the item and represent normal wear from product packaging and transit. This damage does not warranty refusal of delivery or a product return.  Significant damage must be refused.  If the freight is accepted, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Return Policy for Joystix
Return goods in like-new condition prepaid to Joystix within 15 days of receipt for a credit on future purchases, not including shipping charges. Return Authorization is required.  No other warranties are expressed or implied.
